This 12-week group program brings together eight individuals for weekly 60-minute virtual sessions. Each session focuses on using the Mindful Method—a powerful blend of mindfulness practices and design thinking principles—to explore personal growth, values, and the steps needed to create a more intentional life.
Life design involves crafting your life to reflect your values, goals, and needs. It’s inspired by design thinking, a creative way to solve problems. Instead of trying to figure out your entire future at once, life design encourages you to experiment, prototype, and evolve—just like you would when designing a product. The goal is to make small, meaningful changes that bring your life closer to what truly matters to you.
The Mindful Method involves six key stages:
Mindset: Cultivating an open, growth-oriented mindset that embraces change.
Understand: Develop deeper self-awareness by examining your thoughts, behaviors, and responses.
Define: Clearly articulating the challenges or goals you want to focus on.
Create: Generating creative solutions and experimenting with different approaches.
Measure: Reflect on the outcomes of your experiments to determine what worked and what didn’t.
Evolve: Applying what you’ve learned to continue growing and adapting over time.
